Mansion Point - Cromwell Range

Located in the popular area of Fallowfield (an extremely popular student area in Manchester), Cromwell Range has been designed around everything a student will need whilst studying, and more! Perfectly situated close by to both the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan, this student accommodation is only a 30-minute walk to the city centre where you will be able to soak up the culture and enjoy the electric nightlife Manchester has to offer. Mansion Point offers a wide range of studios and cluster flats, and you can choose anything from a loft en-suite to a luxury studio or an entire one bed apartment. The en-suite rooms are all fitted with queen-sized double beds, a wardrobe, desk, and chair as well as plenty of storage space. Each room has a sky light and comes with a flat screen TV for you to enjoy when you are not studying. If you would prefer to have complete privacy, then the studio apartment options include the same features but with the added benefits of having a fitted kitchenette and your own living space. All bills are included in your rent, so you don’t have to worry about more budgeting!
Rusholme Place

Rusholme Place is located within walking distance from the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan and is one of the main student villages. It offers the added bonus of being full of life and vibrancy when you need to socialise but allows you to have peace and quiet when you want to relax and recharge. This Manchester University student accommodation has several supermarkets and a pharmacy within walking distance, and you are only 2 miles away from the eclectic and bustling Northern Quarter. We currently have two packages available at the moment – bronze or gold. Bronze rooms come complete with a small double bed, en-suite bathroom, a study desk, and a wardrobe. You will share a flat with 4 or 5 other students and share a communal kitchen and living area. The gold package comes with exactly the same features, but with more room! This student accommodation is one of the most affordable out there, especially when all the bills and weekly cleaning is included.
The Grafton

The Grafton is truly at the centre of Manchester’s hustle and bustle, with Manchester Oxford Road station being only moments away. It is perfect for students who will be studying at Manchester Business School, the University of Manchester, and Manchester Metropolitan. You will only be stone’s throw away from all the restaurants, bars, night clubs and pubs that Manchester has to offer students. The Grafton offers a variety of two- and three-bedroom apartments with fully furnished rooms and free Wi-Fi. Each bedroom comes with a study desk, chair, underbed storage, comfy bed, wardrobe, and underfloor heating, with access to a communal bathroom, kitchen and living area. The en-suite rooms are in flats of 5/6 people and offer a double bed, study desk, chair, wardrobes and under bed storage, as well as access to communal kitchens and shared areas. The studio rooms are for those who prefer a little bit more privacy, with all the same features as the en-suite rooms except with private fully fitted kitchenettes and a small living space for you to relax and enjoy some downtime. Additional extras include onsite laundry facilities, games room, dining area and gym, as well as all of your utility bills included in the price.
iQ Warehouse One

Located only a 2-minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station, iQ Warehouse One is ideal for those studying at the University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan and Arden University Manchester. You can choose from a selection of one bed or two bed apartments that are fully furnished and include free Wi-Fi. The two bed apartment bedrooms each come with a double bed, storage, desk, and chair with use of a communal dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. If you choose the one-bedroom apartments it means that you can enjoy all this to yourself! Each option also includes access to the Lambert & Fairfield House facilities (gym, cinema, gaming room and laundry) which is just across the road.
Vita Student First Street

Vita Student First street has over 270 exclusive student accommodation apartments located on First Street in Manchester and is just five minutes away from the famous Northern Quarter. These are some of the most exclusive and desirable student accommodations in Manchester, and it’s not hard to see why.
